I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Finance with Real Estate emphasis. I've been licensed since 1999 and selling in the Des Moines Metro area ever since. This background allows me to understand the financial side to buying a home. I know what the local lenders have to offer and pride myself on making my clients aware of the great options available.

I have worked as a relocation specialist and I am trained on the forms that companies require. I have also assisted many first time home buyers achieve the goal of the American Dream. This is truly exciting for me, as I remember how scary it was to buy my first home.
